Position: Junior Sales Representative (Permanent)

Salary: On application.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Must have own transportation to office/warehouse location (Didcot, OX11) no remote working

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Details: Keen Dist. are a skate hardware and apparel distributor, working with some of the leading brands in the skateboard industry. We’re growing and looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual with great interpersonal skills to join our sales team.

Main responsibilities
– Day to day support of Sales Manager
– Handling store relationships, orders and enquiries
– Maintaining orders via our inventory system
– Answering customer queries
– Working closely with our warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped quickly and accurately
– Managing logistics with our courier

You’ll be ideal for this role if you have…
– Previous sales and/or customer service experience
– Knowledge of; Mac Operating Systems, Excel and Photoshop

To be successful in this role, you should…
– Be confident to maintain and build on the close relationship we already have with stores – without them, we wouldn’t be here
– Demonstrate initiative – we don’t encourage a micro-management culture here, therefore be prepared to get stuck in
– Have an organised approach to work – You’ll be jumping store to store, brand to brand – you gotta keep on top
– Be reliable – we need you to show up on time and hit the ground running each day
– Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
– Be a team player – positive vibes & drama free
– Be comfortable focusing on the tasks at hand in a relaxed environment – don’t let the office dogs and laid-back dress code fool you – we’re always busy!

You don’t have to skate to work here, but we can all appreciate the lifestyle
and the industry we work in – although a knowledge of the skate world will
certainly help in breaking the ice with customers.
